The staff were amazing and offered afternoon tea and a free 15 minutes massage. The location was great, close to Ubud town with shuttle service available. Firefly Restaurant & Bar on-site, along with Muse Cafe and a convenience store nearby. Friendly and polite staff, with housekeeping being efficient. The room was true to the online photos and the bed was super comfortable.

We couldn't be happier with the value for money at this resort. Our room was spacious, private, and had a stunning view. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was peaceful and just a short shuttle ride away from downtown.

My children wanted a dedicated playground or kids' club for some organized activities.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious resort! The location was perfect, nestled amongst a beautiful tropical garden and just a short distance from the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the in-room jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast options were plentiful. the level of service and the quality of the facilities exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly memorable.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. The private pool was very nice. It was a short walk to the main street. It had lovely views of the rice fields.

The food was often served cold, especially room service. The kitchen was not well equipped.

A free upgrade was offered to us upon our arrival.This is a new opened hotel and things here are brand new.They have a number of well trained staffs who make you feel like home.For the villa I ckeck-in Bayu,it has a grand view of rice terrance and a nice private swimming pool there.Breakfast there is not buffet but it's rather good and special in taste.Its location is a little bit far from centre of Ubud but free shuttle bus is available anytime.

It should make a cleaning of worms and ants because they would probably come in to your room or climb onto your bed.But luckily,they don't bite.

The hotel's pool area was quite small and therefore not ideal for swimming laps. Additionally, there were some minor maintenance issues in the room that could have been addressed more promptly by the staff. However, these were minor inconveniences during an otherwise enjoyable stay.
